Pulse bag filter
In addition to its high purification efficiency, large processing air volume, stable performance, long service life, and wide application range. This equipment is widely used for ventilation and dust removal in industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, casting, chemical industry, building materials, grain, machinery, light industry, rubber, etc. It has played a good role in improving the environment and preventing air pollution.
The working principle is that the dusty gas enters the bag filter through the inlet duct of the bag filter, and after being evenly distributed in a large space, it passes through the filter bag uniformly. The material is intercepted by the filter bag and deposited on the outer wall of the filter bag. The filtered clean gas enters the upper box through a Venturi tube and is discharged from the exhaust pipe.
The bag filter is equipped with an electromagnetic pulse valve, which is opened at regular intervals to allow compressed air to be sprayed from each hole of the spray pipe to the corresponding Venturi pipe, removing excess dust from the filter bag and ensuring smooth ventilation and continuous operation of the bag. The cleaned material is sent out by the screw at the bottom of the bag.
Application scope: Pulse bag filter not only has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, large processing air volume, stable performance, and long service life, but also has the characteristics of high technical performance and wide application range. This equipment is widely used for ventilation and dust removal in power plant boilers, industrial boilers, steel mills, metallurgy, casting, chemical, building materials, grain, machinery, light industry, rubber and other industrial and mining enterprises, greatly improving the environment.
Pulse valve
A diaphragm valve that is controlled by electromagnetic or pneumatic pilot valves and can instantly open and close high-pressure gas sources to generate pulses.
Technical requirements for electromagnetic pulse valves :
1. The working pressure of the product is 0.1MPa to 0.7MPa, and the medium is air that has undergone oil and water removal treatment.
2. When the operating voltage of the solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage under the nominal gas source pressure of the product, the opening response time of the electromagnetic pulse valve should be less than 0.03s.
3. When the working gas source pressure is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed.
4. The product should be able to withstand a gas source pressure of 0.8 MPa.
5. Under specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the casing should be greater than 1M Ω.
6. Under the conditions of room temperature ranging from 5 ° C to 35 ° C and relative humidity not exceeding 85%, the electromagnetic coil can withstand a voltage of 50Hz and 250V on the casing without breakdown for 1 minute.
7. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be able to operate normally after being subjected to vibration with a frequency of 20Hz, a full amplitude of 2mm, and a duration of 30 minutes.
8. Under normal usage conditions, the cumulative service life of the membrane should be greater than 800000 times.
9. The surface of the valve has no obvious coating peeling, scratches, burrs or other damages.
According to the angle of valve inlet and outlet and the form of air inlet, it can be divided into three types:
a) Right angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose valve body inlet and outlet form a right angle and are directly controlled by electrical signals;
b) Straight through electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve with a valve body inlet and outlet angle of 180 degrees, directly controlled by electrical signals;
c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve with the valve body inlet submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by electrical signals.
