Donneson Torit® RFThe dust collector can handle the dust with high concentration and high air volume, and it is more efficient than any bag filter on the market.
RF filter combined with cyclone pre-filter and bag filter, forming a perfect dust collector with small space. It comes with roots fan for energy efficient bag cleaning without expensive Compressed air. The RF filter is also equipped with the innovative and award-winning Dura-LifeTM filter bag, which is more efficient, more energy-efficient and longer-lasting than its competitors’ bag filters.

Dura-lifetm filter bags use a unique spunlaced felt manufacturing process-using hydraulic braided filter media fibers. This makes the whole filter material pores smaller and more uniform, better surface load capacity, dust removal effect is stronger. These advantages make the filter bag in the high pressure drop when the need to change the life of a two-fold increase. The long-lived DURA-LIFETM filter bag provides superior performance with lower maintenance and running costs.

All the Donneson TORITRF Dusters come with standard Dura-LifeTM bags.
In general, 16oz (453.6 g) polyester filter bags are made by traditional needling method, the gap between the fibers is large and varied, the dust can easily hide into the fabric deep, hindering the filter bag cleaning, thus shortening the filter bag life. The Dura-Life filter bag adopts the unique water-pressure braided processing method, makes the fiber distribution more uniform, the pore is smaller, enhances the surface filtering effect, makes the cleaning more effective. This not only reduces the pressure difference, compared with the traditional needle filter bag can be up to twice as long service life. The long-life Dura-Life filter bag not only reduces the maintenance cost and the running cost, but also raises the bag filter to a higher level.
