Principle:
The system consists of a Air compressor, a filter and a membrane separator through which the Compressed air enters the membrane separator, oxygen, water vapor and a small amount of carbon dioxide gas in the air were enriched rapidly through the membrane wall to the other side of the membrane. The outlet pressure of the enriched nitrogen is almost the same as that of the Compressed air when it enters the membrane system, and the power loss is very small.

1、Compressed air system: air compressor, air regulator
2、Air pre-treatment system: filter, temperature control system
3、Membrane nitrogen system: inlet valve, membrane separator, back pressure control valve
4、Distribution and control system: compressor distribution system, heater distribution system, nitrogen machine control system
