Traditional oil-gas separation filter element

The original design of the standard conventional oil separator was used to remove oil aerosols from the Compressed air stream. The element design consists of evenly packing a support tube with a specific amount of Borosilicate glass fibers. At the appropriate flow rate (cubic feet per minute) and the corresponding operating pressure of the machine, the device provides performance consistent with the following data:

  1. Pressure difference (initial)2-3 psi/0.20 BAR
  2. Pressure 70 pounds/5 bar
  3. Efficiency 2 -3 PPM/2 -3 mg/m3 residual oil
